Well my dad had been in his care home almost 2 years.

During his 1st year he lost 9 stone.

Us fighting with the system, social workers, senior nursing came to a head just after Christmas.

Dad was took sick on the Friday, due to covid and pneumonia. He was admitted to hospital where he beat covid and pneumonia but was fighting malnutrition.

The doctor allowed us to take him home on palliative care.

Two weeks after being home he is back on his feet, eating all meals and is gaining weight.

The care home is being investigated by safeguarding
