My nan has been in her care home a year now. She is 92.

She was offered the vaccine for covid before she went in. She declined - they turned up to her home a couple of times and she again sent them away.

When she got in the home they said she wasn't of sound mind (she does have Alzheimer's, it has worsened but when she went in to the home it was early on set) and she was vaccinated - because she wasn't of sound mind she couldn't make that decision.

She was so against it when she went in to the home!

According to staff she was distressed!
