In my experience it's fundamentally important to raise awareness that it's high time the local authorities hold these atrocious so called care companies to account instead of supporting them hand in glove at every turn resulting in dreadful consequences which is extremely detrimental to the wellbeing of our love ones.

Disturbingly this is not only happening in care homes but also in supported living as many supported living settings are not actually CQC inspected. CQC only check regional office of these none caring greedy private care companies once in a blue moon, and more often than not giving them a minimum of two weeks prior notice before any inspection?
