Windsor and Maidenhead

I read your article in today's Guardian and it so brilliantly puts into words my experience of my father's care home which has an outstanding rating. If this is what outstanding looks like then it is horrifying. Staff and manager are either indifferent or outright hostile. Dad left day in day out with nothing to do. No interaction. He reports staff shout at him. Not taken to toilet. Money taken for chiropody that has never been provided. FNC payment awarded but not passed to Dad. Feel scared of raising concerns in case Dad is treated even worse. No other place available. Costing thousands a month ..all for profit. I thought it was just my experience as the public are just told carers are amazing and are given a completely false idea of the reality.So glad I'm not alone.
